The Team

Hello! I am Kiefer Mae Yusingbo, 27. I am Filipino, and I am a Web Analyst/Designer and Admin. I have a total of 5 years of experience in building websites including production and manipulation of web and graphic images.

Apart from being a designer, I enjoy most of my time being indoors. I am an avid tinkerer and DIY hobbyist. During the summer, I enjoy mountain biking, swimming, full contact sports, and more.

I follow a number of sci-fi and fantasy genre movies and television shows, I am an aspiring photographer, and I spend a large amount of my free time exploring the latest technology advancements in the front-end and back-end web development world. I always say that every day is a learning process, because as a Designer I believe that we should always ask questions and never stop learning.

Objective

We are pleased to submit a proposal for website design and development.Increasingly, users are visiting websites on mobile devices with a wide range of screen sizes. We design all of our websites with mobile-responsiveness in mind. Your website will be created to adapt and scale to any device, just like this proposal!

Scope of Work

We will create website design concepts or migrate existing content to a website with the following features:

Basic

• Design and Prototyping
  Discovery, asset collection, mood boards.
• Website Development
  HTML Coding, Blog , CMS setup, Responsive Optimization (Ensures your website looks great on all screen sizes and devices)
• SEO
  On-page optimization for search engines, including keyword placement, title tags, schema microdata, local SEO, and permalink optimizations.
• Go Live!
  Once revisions and modifications are complete, the website will be updated and go live, and the design project will be complete.

Advance

Week 1

• Design and Prototyping

  Sketches and/or page mock-ups are created that reflect the general appearance and the look and feel of the website for visitors.
• Website Development

  Collect feedback on interactive, working design.

Week 2

• SEO
  On-page optimization for search engines, including keyword placement, title tags, schema microdata, local SEO, and permalink optimizations.
• Analytics
  Google Analytics installation that allows tracking of user behavior on the website.
• Go Live!

Terms

Please find our project fees detailed below.

The payment will be delivered in 2 milestones as the project progresses. We anticipate a 2-3 week turnaround time from concept development to site launch

1. Initial deposit is needed to be paid before work begins.
2. Once the website is live, the final payment will be delivered.
